To process an update package for the GT80, GT80 Mini or GT90 we need you to confirm your tool's serial number.
This is especially important if you didn't originally purchase your tool from us, as we will not have a record of it.

The serial number can be found on a label on the back of the tool, and begins with "N800" - it will be in the format N80001A000001.
It can also be found by connecting the tool to a mains power supply, opening the GT80 / GT90 diagnostic software and pressing the About button.
