To process an update package for the NT4xx and NT500 tools, we need you to confirm your tool's serial number.
This is especially important if you didn't originally purchase your tool from us, as we will not have a record of it.

The serial number can be found on a label on the back of the tool. It can also be found by clicking Setup, then selecting About.
