Product details
Planar sensors use zirconia ceramic sensing technology formed in a thin flat plane shape; standard zirconia sensors use a thimble or conical sensor shape. Planar sensors require less electrical power as the heater is integrated into the sensing element. Planar sensors are only compatible with vehicles designed to use Planar sensors; they can not be fitted to vehicles designed to use standard zirconia sensors.
