"Bought the VCDS HEX-V2 to investigate an electrical fault that the local Audi specialist failed to fully resolve. Product was easy to set up and use with the clear instructions provided. Diagnostic information is very detailed and can be saved for evaluation later. Much broader coverage and deeper dive than possible with my Launch OBDII reader which cost about the same (although you obviously need a laptop with VCDS). The software also highlights settings that are safe to change and those that need care. In my case a new 12V battery was needed (which had been fitted by the garage) but had not been coded properly. Easily done with this tool and problem solved with minimum inconvenience. I chose Gendan as they offered next-day delivery. It arrived next-day as promised with an unexpected treat. Great service."
